📦 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel, contact us immediately via email or phone.

🔁 Returns Policy

We only accept returns in the following cases:

✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Damaged or defective product
✅ Missing items in package

Conditions for Return:

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Tags, labels, and accessories must be included

  • Proof (photo/video) is required for damaged/wrong item

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used products

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Change of mind

  • Size/color issues (please check details before ordering)

💸 Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund method:

    • Bank Transfer

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

    • Store Credit (if preferred)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from Smart Bazar, we will cover shipping cost

  • If customer requests return for personal reasons, customer pays shipping
