  • After processing, orders are handed over to our courier partners

  • Other Areas: 4–7 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–9 working days

Delivery time may vary depending on courier service and location.

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or promotions

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout

📍 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for customer convenience

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel

  • Orders may be cancelled if COD orders are repeatedly refused

📞 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email

  • You can track your parcel using the courier tracking number

🔁 Undelivered / Returned Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Customer not available

  • Phone not responding

  • Wrong address

We may cancel the order or ask for advance payment for re-shipping.
